Let me start by saying that i HATE everything the Cohen brothers have ever done, its all non-linear bullshit with no possible plot twist because the plot always tends to focus on such trivial things. This movie continues that trend of theirs however adds humor into the mix, and with an entire movie full of antisemitism it was kinda hard to hate because i was laughing to much. Overall a good watch defiantly would recommend it but would also warn an EXTREME lack of intensity just like every Cohen brothers film.
Overall 7/10
I can't say I share your dislike of the cohen brothers as Miller's crossing is one of my favourite movies, but I agree A serious man was nearly unwatchable
ReplyDeleteI need to rent this movie

ReplyDeletewas a great film. That actor is amazing in boardwalk empire as well you see a whole new side to him.
ReplyDeleteOh you must be trolling! No good Cohen movie?
ReplyDeleteFargo? The Big Lebowski?
Confession time: I have never seen a Coen brothers movie. Well, except The Ladykillers and Burn After Reading. And they sucked some major ass. Won't even give this a go.
ReplyDeleteAm I a bad person If I don;t know the Cohen Brothers?
